At DRM we are always aware that you have a choice when buying online.
That is why we not only try to give the best possible customer service, but we also constantly monitor prices to ensure that we give you the best possible value.
With money being a subject on many peoples minds at this time, we wanted to go the 'extra distance' to give you, our customers, the knowledge that buying from DRM is your best possible choice.
For the foreseeable future we will promise to match or beat any price from any other UK supplier.
If you buy from DRM and then can prove that someone else is selling the same products cheaper than DRM, we will (at our discretion and depending on the amount) refund you or give you a credit against your next purchase for the price difference.
YOU CANT LOSE!
DRM will (at our sole discretion and subject to the below terms) refund (or supply a credit against future purchase) the difference in value if you find the same (or similar) goods being supplied cheaper from another UK website, provided that;
- 1. The customer must supply valid proof of price from another UK-based online pharmacy, including all fees and postage etc (it does not apply to Special or Limited Time offers).
- 2. The claim must be received by DRM not later than 10 days following your purchase.
- 3. Goods have to be genuine pharmaceutical product, licensed in the UK and supplied from a UK pharmacy.
- 4. We will consider price comparisons based on a similar quantity only and on a cost-per-pill basis (because while many products are packaged and sold in 4x quantity, DRM currently give you 25% EXTRA on some products).
- 5. We will either refund customers credit card for the difference, or (at our option) create a store credit for the difference (This is because if the amount is small the transaction costs of a refund may be more than the amount being transferred).
- 6. Offer may be terminated at any time at our sole discretion.
- 7. No more than one claim per customer (or one single transaction).
