Spedra (Avanafil) - Marketed in some territories as Stendra
A new impotence treatment Spedra has been approved by the food and drug administration of America.
Spedra is licened to treat Erectile Dysfunction and produces similar results to Viagra and Cialis but with faster onset.
Three different strengths of Spedra will be available (50mg, 100mg and 200mg) and whichever strength is prescribed it should only be taken once in a 24 hour period.
The active ingredient of Spedra is Avanafil.
Spedra for erectile dysfunction
Spedra is to be taken approximately 30 minutes before you anticipate that sexual activity will commence.
The biggest advantage of Spedra is that it is the fastest acting treatment of the drugs which treat erectile dysfunction and can work in as little as 15 minutes for some men, whereas Viagra, Levitra (hard tablet) can take at least 30 minutes to work.
Men who have not had good results when using Viagra or other treatments may achieve better success by trying Spedra.
Spedra (Avanafil) seems to achieve better results than most other Impotence treatments as it improves concentrations of PDE-5, which is a protein that effects the way the blood flows into the penis.
By reducing levels of PDE-5, blood then flows better into the erectile tissues and produces a better erection.
Restrictions on Spedra usage
Like most other erectile dysfunction treatments, Spedra should not be taken by men that suffer with cardiovascular problems, take nitrates, suffer from cancer or have a malformation of the penis.
Our Secure Medical Declaration form is now available and our Licensed UK Doctor will advise if Spedra is the right treatment for you.
