A confirmation email is notification that we have received your offer on our web site. A contract is deemed to be made at the point of a sale invoice being issued by DRM.
Once your order is placed we may not be able to cancel or change it.

We will cancel and refund your order in full at any time before shipping has taken place, and you may return any unopened and unused goods for a full refund up to 30 days after your order arrives.
UK law forbids the pharmacy from accepting back any prescribed medications once they have been opened.
If for some reason you need to return any supplied treatments, please contact our office (see below).
Supply and delivery
With respect to the supply of products to outside the EU, you understand that this supply is subject to the control of the Customs and other agencies as they cross the border into your country, which may result in delay or non-delivery of your order.
DRM will, at our discretion, reship or refund any orders that are not delivered to you in a reasonable time frame, provided this non-delivery is not a result of fault or negligence outside of our control.
Your order will normally be despatched on the day of your order if received before 1P.M (not weekends or holidays) and on the following working day in all other cases.
Orders are sent using Royal Mail services, either by 'Special Delivery' (next day) in the UK or by 'International Signed For' (3-7 Working days) to other countries.
Please allow extra time in case of postal delays and take seasonal delays into account.
You should receive tracking information once your order has shipped and we will also supply this by request.
